Who knew that this obsession.... the Twilight love... that my girls have discovered... could lead to a more unusual love.... old pick ups.
Madison and Payten actually want as old pick up truck when they begin driving.
The older, the better. They spot them everywhere we go.... Super Radar.
I cant believe it.
I guess there is something about things from the past that we want to hold onto. Just look at my garage.

debbie downer say, " to find a truck like this, you can't just go out and in a field and get in it and drive away, It has to be converted to unleaded gas. It has to have seat belts, emission equipment, pass yearly inspections. If the truck/car is over 50 years old or close to it; it is a collector and if restored with all the above improvement will cost more than a new one. Teenage dreams are good to have but someone has to be the realist!!! I used to dream of going to boarding school in Maine because of Simon & Garfunkel's album "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary abd Thyme" until the recruiter called me in response to a request for more info and I learned it costs thousands of dollars and was for rich kids and I was the child of an alterationist and a cab driver.
